Two new releases from Fusion-io, Inc., ioDrive2 and ioDrive2 Duo, double the performance of the first generation flash offering, with better latency, endurance and reliability, says company CEO and president David Flynn. The new features include 15 microsecond latency, 900,000 write IOPS, 700,000 read IOPS and 3 GB/s bandwidth, nearly symmetrical read and write access, up to 2.4 TB of capacity, and system level integration with Fusion-io VSL 3.0 software subsystem.
